Saturn Running's Will Run for Ice Cream - Wales takes place at Dare Valley Country Park, Aberdare (CF44 7PS). This inclusive 7-hour time-challenge welcomes all abilities and walkers. Runners control distance: a lap is about 7 km (4.37 miles), with a possible shorter loop depending on course conditions; minimum 3 km per lap.

You can complete any number of laps, subject to UK Athletics rules: 3 laps = half marathon, 6 = marathon, 7+ = ultra; a 50 km option is available. Finishers earn ice-cream-themed medals and distance pins. There are aid tables, a goody bag (vegan option), toilets, cafe, and free parking.
