Saturn Running - Aberdare
Saturn Running's "Will Run For Ice Cream" event takes place in the scenic Dare Valley Country Park, Aberdare, Wales. This inclusive 7-hour time challenge allows participants to run or walk as many laps as they wish on a well-maintained 4.37-mile (7km) loop, with shorter options for younger runners. The course offers beautiful countryside views and is suitable for road trainers.
Finishers receive ice cream-themed medals and distance pins for half-marathon and longer achievements. The event features a generous aid station with drinks, snacks, and ice cream, plus vegan options. Facilities include toilets, a café, free parking, and a bag drop area.
