Checkpoints are staffed and offer snacks, fresh fruit, hot and cold drinks, seating, power banks and music; dietary requirements can be accommodated. There are no official time limits for reaching the finish.
Participants are required to carry specific kit, including appropriate footwear, a 1 litre water carrier, a mobile phone, a headlamp or other light source, a foil blanket, a waterproof jacket and a rucksack. Route files are provided via Plotaroute for download and navigation. The event includes a post-race medal and post-race care. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
