Year End Time Turner 2026

This is the final Saturn Running event of 2026, held at The Last Hop, Thames Edge, Staines TW18 4SU. The event is a 7 hour Time Challenge that lets participants control their distance. The minimum official finishing distance is 3 km. A full lap is listed as 4.37 miles (7 km) but may be changed to a 3.28 mile loop depending on course conditions. The lap contains 3 km and 5 km turn points to accommodate UK Athletics age rules.

The route runs along a stretch of the River Thames, is fully signed, and is mainly on well made paths and tarmac with a very short grass section. Road shoes are suitable. Course layout may be adjusted after a health and safety review.

Medals are awarded to anyone who completes at least 3 km, with finishers able to choose a past medal from a selection. Distance pins are issued for half-marathon distance and above and are attached to the medal ribbon. Finishers receive a goody bag; a vegan goody bag option is available. Aid and drinks tables are provided at the start/finish area for each lap with drinks and a range of snacks, including vegan options.

Toilets are available at The Last Hop; downstairs toilets can be used for changing. Number pick up is on the day at race registration. A non-secure bag-drop area is provided. Headphones are allowed.
