All proceeds from the event will directly support Watford Mencap's programs and services for people with learning disabilities. The event welcomes participants of all abilities. The 5k distance is a newly introduced option.
Location and access
The run is in Cassiobury Park and can be accessed via the pedestrian entrance at the junction of Cassiobury Park Avenue and Shepherd's Road. Participants should turn right at the water fountain and walk down the path a short way past the Bowling Club.
If arriving by car, park in the public car park in Rosslyn Rd, Watford WD18 0JX and allow about 15 minutes to walk to Cassiobury Park. Parking restrictions apply on roads surrounding the park and traffic wardens will be monitoring nearby roads. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
