Event details

Freedom Racing - Hurtwood 50k is scheduled for 6 December 2026 at Dorking Sports Centre, Reigate Road, Dorking. The event is an offline, long-distance trail ultra in the Surrey Hills with a race distance of 50 kilometres. The minimum age to enter is 16. The entry fee is £75. Entries are not yet open; entries close on 4 December 2026. The organiser is Freedom Racing.

Course and services

The route is a fully signed long-distance trail with extra race signage. The course layout is an out-and-back with a 5-mile loop. There are regular checkpoints offering food and drinks at approximately 7, 13, 18 and 24 miles. Timing uses SportIdent race timing with live leaderboards and results.
