Event Details

The Autumn Lucky Dip Run is a 7-hour time challenge event where participants can choose their own distance. The minimum distance is 3 km, with a full lap measuring 4.37 miles (7 km). The event takes place on a course along the River Thames, using mainly well-made paths and tarmac with a short grass section. The course is fully signed.

Participants who complete at least 3 km are official finishers and will receive a themed medal. Distance pins are available for those running a half-marathon or more. All finishers receive a goody bag, with a vegan option available. An aid table with a selection of food and drink is located at the start/finish of each lap.

The venue, The Last Hop in Staines, has toilets but no separate changing facilities or showers. Parking is available at Bridge Street Car Park (TW18 4TP). There is a bag drop area, but it is not secure. Headphones are permitted, and runners are asked to be considerate of other path users.

Race day instructions are sent via email the week before the event. Number pick-up is on the day at registration.
