Saturn Running - Staines-upon-Thames

Love it or Hate it Run in Staines-upon-Thames is a 7-hour Time Challenge by Saturn Running. The venue is The Last Hop, Thames Edge Court, Clarence Street, Staines, TW18 4SU, along the River Thames. The loop is signposted and runs on paths and tarmac with a short grass section; road shoes are suitable year-round.

Runners can complete as many laps as they wish, with a 3km minimum per lap; a full lap is about 4.37 miles (7km) and may vary with conditions. There are 3km and 5km turn points for younger runners. Finishers receive marmite-themed medals; goody bags include vegan options.
