The Rise From The Ashes Run - South is organised by Saturn Running and takes place on 10 January 2026 at The Last Hop, Unit 2, Thames Edge Court, Clarence Street, Staines, TW18 4SU. The event is run as a 7 hour Time Challenge that allows participants to choose their distance. The minimum distance to be an official finisher is 3 km. A full lap is listed as 7 km (4.37 miles), though the course may be changed to a 3.28 mile loop depending on conditions. A half marathon requires 3 laps, a marathon 6 laps, and an ultra 7 laps or more. Headphones are allowed.

- 5 km : £23.00-£27.00; entrants aged 12+

Course, awards and facilities
The course runs along a stretch of the River Thames and is fully signed. Surfaces are mainly well made paths and tarmac with a very short grass section; road shoes are suitable. There will be a 3 km turn point and a 5 km turn point within the lap. Finishers who complete at least 3 km receive a themed medal. Distance pins are awarded for half-marathon distance and above and are attached to the medal ribbon. Finishers receive a goody bag with a vegan option available. An aid and drinks table is provided at the start/finish area with drinks and snacks, including vegan options. Toilets and changing facilities are available at the venue.
