Saturn Running's "Lord of The Run Part 3" is a unique, inclusive running event held in Staines-upon-Thames along a scenic stretch of the River Thames. The course features well-maintained paths and tarmac with minimal grass, suitable for road shoes. Participants have up to 7 hours to complete as many laps as they wish on a 4.37-mile (7km) loop, with shorter turn points for younger runners.

Distances range from a minimum 3km to ultra distances including 50km. The event offers themed medals, distance pins, vegan-friendly goody bags, and well-stocked aid stations.
