Saturn Running - Sausage Dog Run - North

Saturn Running's Sausage Dog Run – North takes place at the Durham Amateur Rowing Club in Old Elvet, Durham. It’s a 7-hour time-challenge trail run along the River Wear, with views of Durham Cathedral. The course is fully signed and welcoming to all abilities, including walkers.

Runners may choose any distance from a 3 km minimum up to multiple laps; a full lap is about 7 km (4.37 miles), potentially a 3.28 mile loop depending on conditions. Turn points at 3 km and 5 km help younger runners meet UK Athletics rules. Finisher medals feature a sausage-dog design; distance pins for longer runs, plus a goody bag and vegan options.
