This is a 7 hour Time Challenge event organised by Saturn Too at Northampton Active, Bedford Road. Participants choose the distance they run within the seven hour period, with a minimum official finisher distance of 3 km. A full lap on the course is 7 km (4.37 miles) though the route may be changed after a health and safety review. The course includes a 3 km turn point and a 5 km turn point to help younger runners meet UK Athletics distance rules.

• 10 km
• Half marathon (3 laps)
• Marathon (6 laps)
• 50 km (just under 6 laps)
• Ultra (7 or more laps)
• Time Challenge option

The route runs around the Northampton Washlands on well maintained paths and trail. The event is licensed by the Trail Running Association and held under UK Athletics rules. Runners who are members of a UK Athletics affiliated club receive a £2 discount. Members of the event organiser receive a guaranteed entry, a reduced entry fee, and a mini-me medal pin at each event.

Finishers who complete at least 3 km receive a themed medal. Distance pins are awarded for half-marathon and longer distances and are attached to the medal ribbon. All finishers receive a goody bag and a vegan goody bag option is available. An aid table and drinks table are provided at the start and finish of each lap with drinks and a selection of snacks including vegan options.

Venue facilities include toilets only; there are no separate changing rooms or showers. Parking at the venue is limited and nearby paid parking may be available. There is an unsecured bag drop area at the start and finish. Headphones are allowed. Final race instructions are sent by email in the week before the event and race numbers are collected at race registration on the day.
