Saturn Running - GNR & Time Turner - Durham

Saturn Running’s GNR & Time Turner 2026 is held on 30 August 2026 at Durham Amateur Rowing Club, Green Lane, Old Elvet, Durham DH1 3JU. The seven-hour Time Challenge lets you set your own distance along a scenic River Wear route with Cathedral views. A lap is about 4.37 miles (7km) but may be 3.28 miles depending on conditions.

Minimum 3km per lap. Finishers can do 3km; 6 laps = marathon; 7+ laps = ultra (with 50km also available) under UK Athletics rules. The course is fully signed, trail-based, inclusive and walkers welcome.
