About the race
The Rise From The Ashes Run - North, hosted by Saturn Running, takes place in Durham at the Durham Amateur Rowing Club along the scenic River Wear, offering views of the Cathedral. This trail run features a flexible 7-hour time challenge where participants can run multiple laps of a 7km (4.37 miles) course, with shorter turn points at 3km and 5km to accommodate younger runners. Distances range from 3km up to 50km, including half marathon, marathon, and ultra options.
The event is inclusive of all abilities, including walkers, and offers themed phoenix medals, distance pins, goody bags with vegan options, and well-stocked aid stations.
