About the race
Saturn's Lord of The Run Part 3 in Staines-upon-Thames is a 7-hour timed running challenge along the River Thames. Based at The Last Hop, runners may complete as few as 3 km or as many laps as they wish, with full laps around 7 km. The signposted paths and tarmac are suitable for road shoes year-round, with 3 km and 5 km turn points to help younger runners meet UK Athletics rules.
