Saturn 7 Hour Time Challenge
The Saturn 7 Hour Time Challenge, part of the Lord of The Run Part 3 event, takes place in Staines along a scenic stretch of the River Thames. Participants have the freedom to run as many laps as they wish within the 7-hour limit, with each lap measuring approximately 4.37 miles (7 km), subject to course adjustments. The course is flat, well-marked, and mainly on paved paths, suitable for road shoes.
The event welcomes all abilities, including walkers, and offers various distance options from 3 km up to ultra distances.
