Course and Distances
The route consists of laps on well-maintained footpaths within the country park, offering views of the surrounding countryside. A standard full lap is 4.37 miles (7 km), though this may be adjusted to a 3.28 mile loop depending on conditions. The course includes specific turn points to accommodate various distances:

- Half Marathon (13.1 miles)
- Marathon (26.2 miles)
- 50 km
- Ultra Marathon
All participants who complete at least 3 km are recognized as official finishers. Participants reaching half marathon distance or greater receive specific distance pins.
Facilities and Support
An aid station is located at the start and finish of each lap, providing water, sweet and savoury snacks, and vegan options. Finishers receive a themed medal and a goody bag. The venue features free car parking and on-site toilets, though no dedicated changing rooms or showers are available. A cafe is located near the race headquarters. Participants may leave bags at the start area at their own risk. Bone conducting headphones are the only type permitted during the event.
