About the race
The VOGUM 2026 is a 40-mile ultra running challenge along the scenic Wales Coast Path, stretching from Porthcawl to Penarth in the Vale of Glamorgan. This event offers runners a chance to experience golden beaches, dramatic cliffs, and historic sites like Ogmore Castle and the famous stepping stones. The route is well-marked with four fully stocked checkpoints providing snacks, drinks, and rest areas.
There are no strict time limits, encouraging participants to enjoy the adventure at their own pace.
