The Sasquatch Strut 5K is held in Ellijay, Georgia. The event is presented by Friends Of Harrison Park, Inc.

Race Information
The course starts on the crushed gravel paths of Harrison Park for nearly one mile. Runners then turn onto the paved streets of historic Ellijay for a loop of a little over one mile before returning to Harrison Park. The final section completes another loop on the park's crushed gravel paths, finishing by running through a barn.
Awards are described as "unique." They are given to the overall male and female finishers, overall masters male and female finishers, and to first place winners in five-year age groupings. A shirt is guaranteed for participants who register by April 7, 2026; later registrants are not guaranteed a shirt or their preferred size.
Parking at Harrison Park is very limited. Organizers suggest parking at a nearby elementary school and walking to the park.
Registration and Policies
Registration for the events closes on April 16, 2026. A $5 per person discount applies when three or more people register together. According to the policy, there are no refunds for any reason. The event will proceed in the rain, with possible delays for severe weather. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
