Sarcoma Strong Run 5K - Capital District
The Capital District in-person event is scheduled for Saturday, August 15th at Saratoga State Park. The event location is the lawn by the Hall of Springs, listed as a new location for this edition.
Registration fees change during the registration period: the fee increases on June 8 to $35 and rises to $40 on race day. T-shirts are available for the first 300 registrants in the Capital District in-person event. Proceeds from the event are used to fund sarcoma research.
A free entry option is available for participants experiencing financial hardship; the code APPRECIATION grants free entry at checkout. Team participation is supported: the first registrant for a team becomes the team captain and creates a team with a password. Individual team members then register themselves and join the team using that password. The registration system includes pre-populated teams for centers that are not local to Albany, and additional teams may be created if a center is not listed.
