Sarasota, FL Triathlon
The event uses a draft legal bike course for the Sprint and Olympic distances. Drafting is permitted on the bike course, enabling pack riding, group tactics and team-based race strategy. Aerobars and triathlon bikes are not allowed. USAT draft legal rules will apply.
An Open distance is offered alongside Sprint and Olympic options. The Open distance is described as an entry level option for athletes new to triathlon.
The venue is Nathan Benderson Park in Sarasota, FL. The park covers 600 acres and includes a 400 acre artificial lake. The event is held in January when daily mean temperatures are reported in the low to mid 60s.

- Sprint: Swim 750 m, Bike 11 mi, Run 3.1 mi
- Olympic: Swim 1500 m, Bike 25.5 mi, Run 6.2 mi
