Santa Saunter - Milton Keynes
The Santa Saunter is a charity Christmas event on Saturday 19 December 2026 at Willen Lake, Milton Keynes. It is a family one mile fancy dress saunter that is open to Redway Runners members and non-members. The route runs from Willen Lake into Campbell Park and starts near Splash and Play by the hotel on V10 Brickhill Street, MK15 0DS.
Entries for 2026 open later in the year. Early entry at 2024 prices is listed as Adults £12.00 and under 18s £6.00 until 31 October 2025; after that the stated prices are Adults £14.00 and under 18s £7.00. One person may enter and pay for multiple entrants. There are no entries on the day, and no deferrals or number transfers.
Event facilities include plenty of car parking near the start (parking charges apply). Participants receive a special Redway Runners Christmas medal and seasonal refreshments that include a glass of mulled wine, a slice of cake and chocolate treats for children, provided by Green Santa. All profits go to the Redway Runners charity of the year. The event has sold out in most years, and volunteers are requested to help with marshalling and the start area.
