Cowman Triathlon : Emberton Country Park, Milton Keynes
The Cowman Triathlon takes place at Emberton Country Park on 2 August 2026. The event offers multiple race formats including standard triathlon distances, Aquabike, Aquathlon and a Bike-Run option. The event uses open-water swimming, road cycling on public roads, and run courses through parkland.
Distances available:
- Cowman (Middle) - 1.9 km swim, 92 km bike, 21.1 km run
- Calfman (Standard) - 1.5 km swim, 40 km bike, 10 km run
- Stampede (Sprint) - 750 m swim, 20 km bike, 5 km run
Additional formats include Aquabike, Bike/Run and a Stampede Aquathlon. All races use a mass start for water-based formats; Bike-Run athletes start from their racked position in a time-trial format. Bike racking is available on race morning only and transition closes before each race.
Event services include chip timing, live online results, fully marked routes, official event photography, finisher medals, optional finisher t-shirts, category prizes, finish-line items and marshal support. Race packs must be collected during registration at Race HQ; registration is scheduled on the day before and on race morning.

Participation requires British Triathlon membership or a single-use race pass; relay team non-members must each purchase a race pass.
