Cowman Triathlon 2026
The Cowman Triathlon takes place at Emberton Country Park, Olney on 20 September 2026. The event programme includes multiple triathlon distances plus aquabike, aquathlon, relay and bike/run options organised by BCS Events.
Relay teams and aquabike entrants follow the same swim, bike and run courses as their respective triathlon distance where applicable. The Aquathlon runs with the Stampede wave. Non-BTF athletes must purchase a BTF Race Pass and present proof of purchase on the day to be permitted to participate.
Race distances include:
- Cowman middle distance: 1.9K swim / 90K bike / 21.1K run
- Calfman standard distance: 1.5K swim / 40K bike / 10K run
- Stampede sprint distance: 750m swim / 20K bike / 5K run
A 5% booking fee per order is charged by the online entry partner Results Base. Trophies are awarded to the first open and first female in each distance. Registration closes 16 September 2026.
