Cowman Triathlon
The Cowman Triathlon takes place at Emberton Country Park in Milton Keynes. It offers multiple race formats across three main distances: Cowman (Middle Distance), Calfman (Standard Distance), and Stampede (Sprint Distance). Additional options include Aquabike, Aquathlon, and Bike/Run events.
The event features open-water swims, cycle routes, and run courses set within the park. Professional photography is available.
Race pack collection is at Race HQ. Bike racking is available on race morning only. The cycle course uses public roads. A British Triathlon membership or Race Pass is required to participate, with passes needed for each non-member in a relay team.
