Cowman Triathlon, Milton Keynes
The Cowman Triathlon takes place at Emberton Country Park near Milton Keynes on Sunday 20 September 2026. The event offers multiple race formats and multisport options held around the park and lake, including open-water swim, road cycling on scenic public roads, and run courses through parkland.
Distances available:
- Cowman (Middle): 1.9 km swim, 90 km bike, 21.1 km run
- Calfman (Standard): 1.5 km swim, 40 km bike, 10 km run
- Stampede (Sprint): 750 m swim, 20 km bike, 5 km run
Other entry formats include Aquabike, Aquathlon, and Bike-Run options; some relay formats require each non-BTF team member to purchase a race pass. Participants must be licensed through British Triathlon or buy a single-use race pass; personal details are shared with the federation as part of those terms.
Event services include chip timing, live online results, official photography, a finisher medal, optional finisher t-shirt, category prizes, fully marked routes and marshal support. Race packs are collected during registration on the day and the day before the event. Parking is available within Emberton Country Park; athletes receive free park entry while other visitors pay on arrival. Overnight camping is available at the venue.
