Cowman Triathlon

The Cowman Triathlon, held at Emberton Country Park in Milton Keynes, is a premier multisport event returning in 2025. It offers three main race distances: the Cowman (Middle Distance) with a 1.9K swim, 90K bike, and 21.1K run; the Calfman (Standard Distance) featuring a 1.5K swim, 40-45K bike, and 10K run; and the Stampede (Sprint Distance) with a 750m swim, 20K bike, and 5K run. Additional options include Aquabike and Aquathlon races.

The course features stunning open-water swims, scenic bike routes on public roads, and varied running terrain. The event provides full route marking, marshal and medical support, chip timing, live results, and professional photography, creating a supportive and exhilarating atmosphere for athletes of all levels.
