The Santa Rosa Marathon will be held in Santa Rosa, California on August 22 and 23, 2026. The event is the 18th annual running of the race and takes place in Sonoma County. Courses run through vineyard-lined paths and rolling hills and are described as mostly flat. A virtual run option is available for participants who cannot attend in person.

Registration includes event-branded swag, a commemorative finisher’s medal, free finisher photos, professional timing, and access to a post-race party. Alcohol benefits vary by distance and age: 5K and 10K participants receive one complimentary beer (21+), while half marathon and marathon participants receive two complimentary beers (21+) and one complimentary bottle of wine from DeLoach Vineyards. Swag allocations by distance are listed: half and marathon entrants receive a full-zip jacket, 10K entrants receive a long-sleeve t-shirt, and 5K entrants receive a t-shirt.
