Location and logistics
The event meeting point is in front of Memorial Hall on the Bethlehem Town Green, 18 Main St South, Bethlehem, CT 06751. Parking is provided at the Bethlehem Fair Grounds, 384 Main St North, with shuttle buses bringing participants and spectators to the Town Green. There is no parking on the Green and the road will be closed to traffic; drop-off at the Green is permitted. The 5K and 2 Mile Walk start together. Packet pick-up and day-of registration take place on the Town Green in front of Memorial Hall.
Registration, entries and awards
Registration closes December 4, 2026. Pre-registration is listed at $30 and race-day registration at $35; Kids 12 and under are listed at $15. T-shirts are provided to registrants who register by midnight Sunday, November 29, 2026 and must be present to receive them. Free event ornaments are offered to the first 200 registered. Awards include overall Male, Female and Non-Binary 5K finishers and top three in the 5K for the following age groups: 6 and under; 7-12; 13-19; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60-69; 70-79; 80+.
