Parking is provided at the Bethlehem Fair Grounds, 384 Main St North, with shuttle buses transporting participants and spectators to the Town Green. There will not be parking available at the Green and the road will be closed to traffic; participants may be dropped off at the Green.
Pre-registration fee is listed as $30, race-day registration as $35, and a fee of $10 is noted for kids 12 and under. T-shirts are provided to participants registered by November 30, 2025 (must be present to receive). The first 200 registered receive a free ornament. Awards are given to overall Male, Female and Non-Binary finishers, plus top three in specified age groups from 6 and under through 80+.
