Santa Made Me Do It
Santa Made Me Do It takes place in Bethlehem, CT on December 5, 2026. The event is organized by The First Mile and is held in conjunction with the Bethlehem Christmastown Festival.
The event program includes the following distances:
- 5K road race
- 2 mile walk
- 1/4-mile kids fun run
The race starts in front of Memorial Hall on the Bethlehem Town Green. There is no parking at the Green; parking is located at the Bethlehem Fair Grounds, 384 Main St North. Shuttle buses will transport runners and spectators between the fairgrounds and the Town Green. Drop-offs at the Green are allowed and the road will be closed to traffic.
Packet pick-up and day-of registration are located on the Town Green in front of Memorial Hall. Awards will be given to overall Male, Female, and Non-Binary 5K finishers and to the top three 5K finishers in standard age groups, from 6 and under through 80 and over.
Registration fees are listed for pre-registration, race day, and youth entries. T-shirts are provided to those registered by the specified registration deadline, and a commemorative ornament is available for the first 200 registrants.
