Santa Claws 10km
The Santa Claws event on December 24th is a trail running event based at Renegade Brewery on the Yattendon Estate. The route uses local trails, woodland and single track footpaths and is hilly at times. The course is largely off road, with approximately 75% off road and 140 m of elevation gain. There is one water refill station on course and the event is operated as a cupless event for on-course beverages.

- 10 km Canicross (run with a dog)
The finish is back at the brewery where participants receive a medal, a pint cup and a free drink; alcoholic and non alcoholic options are included. A mince pie is provided for every runner. Timing is by chip timing and there is one race photo download available. Other facilities listed include toilets, free onsite car parking and a bag drop. Minimum age is 16 and the published cut off time for the course is two hours. Canicross entries use a two wave start arrangement. Entry fees are listed at £31 to £33 and entries close on December 17th or when capacity is reached. The event supports fundraising for Newbury Riding for the Disabled and PALS.
