Sandown & Shanklin Isle of Wight Seafront 10K : overview
The event is a measured 10K out-and-back run along the seafront between Sandown and Shanklin on the Isle of Wight. The course runs on seafront promenade, firm sandy beach sections, and some cliff-top trails with sea views. The route passes esplanades, wooded sections, and local landmarks.
