The course uses rocky terrain, narrow trails and the Fox Raceway motocross track and includes mud pits and water features. Listed obstacles include Atlas Carry (men 100 lb/45 kg, women 75 lb/35 kg), Sandbag Carry (men 60 lb/27 kg, women 40 lb/18 kg), Rope Climb (16 ft / 4.8 m), Spear Throw (target 25 ft / 7.6 m), Fire Jump, Inverted Wall, A-frame Cargo, Multi-Rig, Hercules Hoist, Bucket Carry, Barbed Wire Crawl, Slip Wall, and walls ranging from 4 to 8 feet. Finishers receive a Sprint finisher medal and finisher tee; a Trifecta medal is available when Sprint and Super/Beast are completed in the same year.
