The Salute to Veterans 5K/10K/Half Marathon - Chattanooga takes place on Sunday, November 9, 2025, in Chattanooga, TN at Shelter #1, Tennessee Riverwalk (4631 Amnicola Hwy, 37406). The event includes multiple in-person and virtual options and veteran-specific entries.

Race features and logistics
The organizer states all courses are out-and-back and describes the route as not completely flat but not hilly. Water stations will be available approximately every 1.5 miles. Participants must finish at a minimum pace of 16 minutes per mile. Packet pickup is held on race morning starting one hour prior to the race start. Participants registered by Oct. 30 are guaranteed race swag in their size; finisher medals are limited.
Awards are planned for top finishers by gender and age categories, including top 3 overall, top 3 masters (40+), grand masters (50+), senior masters (60+), and top 3 in standard five-year age groups from 10 & under through 80+. Virtual participants can run on their own route, submit results by the end of race day, and receive shipped virtual packages to continental US addresses. Volunteer and team discount programs are offered; volunteers may receive race entry and a $50 Visa gift card if specific recruitment and service conditions are met.
