Purpose and Charity

The event is organized by the Saltillo Jr. Women’s Club (SJWC) as a fundraiser. Proceeds support two local programs: Blessing Bags and Shining Stars. The Blessing Bags program provides weekend food for children in need within the Saltillo/Guntown school district, supplying non-perishable breakfast, lunch, and snack items. The Shining Stars program provides clothing, shoes, toiletries, and a gift item to students during the Christmas season.

Registration Information

The listed registration fees are $20 for the 5K Run/Walk, $10 for the 1 Mile Fun Run, and $20 for Shirt Only.

Course Information

The course starts and finishes at a red marker at Saltillo High School. Participants run one full lap around the school, followed by a second lap on a wooded trail.

Awards
