2026 Regional Rehab 5K and Walk
The 2026 Regional Rehab 5K and Walk is scheduled for Saturday, April 11, 2026, at the Mall at Barnes Crossing, 1001 Barnes Crossing Road, Tupelo, MS. The event is presented by Frog Island Flyer Racing and The Mall at Barnes Crossing and is the fifth annual running of the event.

Format and logistics
The event offers in-person and virtual participation. The virtual 5K can be completed at any location during the event window (early April) and virtual results are reported separately from on-site results; virtual entrants receive a shirt, finisher medal, and a digital bib but are not eligible for age-group awards. Packet pickup is available at Trails & Treads on April 4 and at the race venue on race day at the Food Court entrance. The in-person race will be professionally timed by Best Times. Awards include age-group placements and overall categories for the in-person 5K; overall male and female prize amounts are listed for the event. Beneficiary
Proceeds support the Regional Rehab Center (RRC). RRC provides outpatient physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, dyslexia treatment, audiology services, and early childhood intervention across North Mississippi.
