Regional Rehab 5K and Walk : Tupelo, Mississippi
The 2026 Regional Rehab 5K and Walk is scheduled for April 11, 2026 at the Mall at Barnes Crossing in Tupelo, MS. Frog Island Flyer Racing and The Mall at Barnes Crossing organize the event, which includes multiple participation categories: an in-person 5K run, a wheelchair 5K, a walking-only 5K, and a virtual 5K option that can be completed in early April.
In-person participants will be professionally timed and results for on-site and virtual participants are maintained separately. The in-person 5K includes age-group awards and overall prizes; the wheelchair and walking categories have awards for top finishers. Virtual registrants receive a shirt, a finisher medal, and a digital bib, and virtual results are provided for recognition but are not eligible for age-group awards.
The event supports the Regional Rehab Center (RRC). RRC provides outpatient physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, dyslexia treatment, audiology services, and early childhood intervention in North Mississippi. As a privately funded non-profit, RRC does not charge clients or their insurance companies and operates without a sliding scale.
