Event

Saltaire - Rock up n' Run is an evening road/trail running event organised by Its Grim Up North Running. It is scheduled for 2 July 2026 and is part of a pop-up Summer Series. The event offers two main distances.

Distances and entry

5k - entry £10–£12
10k - entry £15–£17

Registration is handled on the evening at the venue; online booking is not required and pay-on-the-day places are available. Entrants must be aged 16 or over.

Location and logistics

The event is next to the Leeds & Liverpool Canal, near Salts Mill, Saltaire, Shipley, BD18. Saltaire train station is about a one minute walk from the start and finish. Council car parking is available in the centre of Saltaire; free parking may be available on surrounding streets subject to local parking signs.

On-the-day provisions
