Saltaire Summer Race Series
The Saltaire Rock up n' Run event is part of a pop up Summer Series located in Shipley. The race venue is situated next to the Leeds & Liverpool Canal, in close proximity to Salts Mill. This event offers two distinct distances for participants:
- 5k
- 10k
Registration takes place on-site during the evening of the event. Participants have the option to pay on the day, and there is no requirement for advance online booking. The event is open to runners aged 16 and over.
The finish line rewards include a jumble medal for all finishers. Additionally, the event provides participants with hot food and a choice of either a beer or a soft drink.
The start and finish area is located within a one minute walk of Saltaire train station. For those arriving by car, council parking is available in the center of Saltaire, and free parking can be found on surrounding streets, subject to local parking restrictions.
