Event Information

The Saltaire - Rock up n' Run is a pop-up summer series event in Saltaire. The event takes place next to the Leeds & Liverpool Canal, near Salts Mill. It is organised by Its Grim Up North Running.

Two race distances are offered: a 5k and a 10k. Entry is possible without online booking; runners can turn up and register on the day. Prices are £10.00-£12.00 for the 5k and £15.00-£17.00 for the 10k.

The event includes a jumble medal, as well as hot food and a beer or soft drink for all runners.

Location and Access

The event start and finish are a one-minute walk from Saltaire train station. Council car parking is available in the centre of Saltaire. Free parking is also available on the surrounding streets, subject to local restrictions. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
