Saints Nation Swim & Run is a family-friendly event held at St. Clair College in Windsor, Ontario. Participants start and finish at the college's 25-meter pool, with the run portion taking place on closed roads around the main campus.
The event offers swim and run distances tailored to various age groups, from young children (ages 3-5) to adults, with options for individual or two-person team participation for those 14 and older. Emphasizing fun and participation over competition, no awards are given. The first 150 registrants receive a finisher's medal, and post-race hospitality is provided.
