Windsor Waterfront Half Marathon & 5K
The event takes place on September 13, 2026 at 340 Riverside Drive, East Windsor, Windsor, ON, Canada. It offers two certified and timed distances on an out-and-back course along Riverside Drive.

The start is in front of Caesars Windsor. The route runs beside waterfront parks with the Detroit skyline visible on the left, passes the Hiram Walker distillery, goes under the Ambassador Bridge and reaches historic Sandwich. There are two music-filled turn-around points with spectators. The finish approaches Festival Plaza via a downhill section; finishers receive a custom 4" medal and can access food and refreshments and food trucks at the festival plaza.
Aid stations are placed approximately every 2.5 km and will offer water, Skratch Hydration Mix and Skratch Energy Chews depending on the station. Race packet pickup is at Walkerville Brewery on September 10, 11 and 12 with scheduled pickup windows; there is no race day packet pickup. Bib transfers are available until Friday, September 1 at midnight.
Host hotels have discounted room blocks within a short walk of the start for the nights of September 11 to 13 with a booking cutoff date. Both courses are certified by Athletics Canada and overall and age group prizes are awarded for male and female categories. The event also supports local fundraising initiatives.
