Run with Her returns for a morning of movement and community. This charity 5K supports the Welcome Centre Shelter and also features a kids' fun run. It's a chance to come together for a good cause in the scenic setting of McHugh Park.

Run with Her

Run with Her is an annual charity event supporting the Welcome Centre Shelter for Women & Families. It will be held on Sunday, September 27, 2026, at McHugh Park in Windsor, Ontario.

The event features two distances:

A 5K run/walk along the scenic park pathways. Each registration includes a Dri-Fit race shirt and a finisher medal.
A Kids Trot, a fun run/walk taking place within the park before the 5K starts.

On-site activities, music, prizes, and community partners are planned. An aid station will be available on the course. Additional parking is available at the WFCU Centre. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
