Run with Her
Run with Her takes place on September 27, 2026 at McHugh Park in Windsor, ON. The event raises funds for the Welcome Centre Shelter for Women & Families, with a goal of CA$15,000 and CA$1,930.76 raised so far.

- 5K Run and Walk
- Kids 1K Fun Run
The course follows park pathways in the Little River corridor and starts and finishes at McHugh Park. An aid station is available on the course to provide hydration. Additional parking is available at the WFCU Centre.
Registrations include a Dri-Fit race shirt, and all finishers receive an official Run With Her medal. The morning also features the Kids 1K, on-site activities, music, prizes, and participation from community partners. The event takes place rain or shine.
