Run with Her

Run with Her, held on September 28, 2025, at McHugh Park in Windsor, Ontario, is a charity 5K run/walk presented by Local Shoppers Drug Mart to support the Welcome Centre Shelter for Women & Families. The event also features a Kids 1K Fun Run. The 5K course winds through scenic park routes along the Little River corridor, with an aid station along the way.

New walkers and runners are welcome, and the day includes music, sponsor tents, and family activities. Perks for 5K registrants include a premium swag bag from Shoppers Drug Mart and Welcome Centre, a Dri-fit shirt, and a finisher medal; top finishers receive prizes. Parking at WFCU Centre.
