Run with Her

Run with Her is a 5K run/walk event held at McHugh Park in Windsor, Ontario, Canada, supporting the Welcome Centre Shelter for Women and Families. The scenic course winds through the Little River corridor, featuring an aid station to keep participants hydrated. The event welcomes all fitness levels, including new walkers and runners, and takes place rain or shine.

Registrants receive a Dri-fit race shirt, a premium swag bag from Shoppers Drug Mart, and a finisher's medal. A Kid's Run with fun activities is also offered. Post-race festivities include music, food, prizes, and community connection.
