Event Overview
The Saint Patrick's Day Road Race is a long-running community event, marking its 48th annual edition. It takes place on Saturday, March 21, 2026. The event is based at Kite's Bar & Grill on North 12th Street in Manhattan, Kansas.
Distances
Participants can choose from several race options:
- Marvin Hachmeister 10K
- Shamrock 2 Mile
- A combined 10K & 2 Mile option
- Virtual 10K and Virtual 2 Mile options for those who cannot attend in person
Registration
Registration is open from December 2 until the event date. Pricing follows an early and late registration structure. Early registration fees, available until March 1, are $35 for the 10K, $25 for the 2 Mile, and $40 for the combined race (plus taxes and processing fees). Late registration from March 2 onward increases these base prices by $5.
