Competition, awards and beneficiaries

The 5K offers both individual and team prizes. Two-person teams compete in Male-Female, Female-Female, and Male-Male categories. All finishers receive a custom-made Running Cupid medal. Proceeds benefit the Manhattan High School cross country program and other running opportunities for area youth in the Flint Hills region.
