Event overview
The RYR Endurance Race Weekend takes place November 14-15, 2026 in Owensboro, Kentucky. The event offers multiple race distances on a two-day schedule. Proceeds will be donated to the Wendell Foster Center. Registration limits apply for some races and the marathons are open to participants aged 18 and over. Participants receive a shirt and all finishers receive a medal.

Course and logistics
All races start and finish at Horse Fork Creek Park, 3005 Fairview Drive, Owensboro, KY. The marathon and half marathon courses are USATF certified and both marathons are designated Boston qualifiers. Courses run on a paved asphalt greenway and follow multi-loop out-and-back routes. Loop counts listed by the organizer: marathon 9, half marathon 5, 50K 11, 10K 2, 5K 1. The route is described as mostly flat with minimal elevation change and runs alongside a creek and two lakes. Aid stations are available about every mile; two stations offer water and sports drink and a third offers water and gels. Gu gels and Tailwind fuel are available for the half, marathon, and 50K. Tables near the start allow athletes to stage personal nutrition that they will pass on each lap. The park offers on-site parking and no separate gear check is required.
