RVN3 Bubba Run is a family-oriented fundraising run held at Rim Country CrossFit on West Main Street in Payson, Arizona. The event raises funds for the RVN3 Foundation to support local students in athletic and educational goals. It is presented as a community event that uses sports to encourage academic and athletic development.

All participants receive a custom finisher's medal. Participants in the 5K and 1 Mile are eligible for a custom event dri-fit tech shirt; there is an option to decline the shirt for a reduced fee. The 5K includes age group awards for the top three male and female finishers in each age group. Chip timing is used, with real time results and race photos available online and through the event mobile app.
Race-day services and policies include on-site packet pickup at the race location, acceptance of cash and credit card, and a race-day registration fee structure. Wheelchairs and strollers are permitted on course. Roller blades, skateboards, wagons, and motorized devices are not allowed. The event is leashed pet friendly, has no bag check due to the common start/finish area, and proceeds go to the named foundation.
