Mogollon Monster Trail Runs
The Mogollon Monster Trail Runs take place September 11–12, 2027 on the Mogollon Rim near Pine, Arizona. The event is a point-to-point trail weekend that finishes in the town of Pine and uses shuttle service for the 100 mile start.

The course follows the Mogollon Rim with repeated climbs on and off the rim, changes in elevation and shifting ecosystems from high Sonoran Desert to ponderosa forest. Runners remain roughly between 5,200 and 8,000 feet in elevation, with the 100 mile course listing about 15,900 feet of total ascent and multiple steep sections and loose-rock terrain. Several named trail sections are noted for technical footing.
Aid stations provide water, ice, electrolyte drinks, salty and sweet snacks, fruit, and limited hot food. Skratch Labs supplies energy chews and hydration mix. Crewing and pacer access is limited: some aid stations and crew zones allow crew or pacers, while others explicitly prohibit crews. The 42 kilometer race does not allow crews or pacers.
The 100 mile entry requires prior completion of at least a 50 mile race and includes an eight hour pre-race volunteer service requirement or an accepted donation alternative.
