- 100 Mile
- 42K (26.7 miles)

The 42K lists a time limit of 12 hours, total gain 4,554 feet, and maximum elevation 7,480 feet.
Course and logistics
The course runs on single track and forest roads and climbs the Rim in six separate locations. Sections named for their trail features include the Highline Trail, Donahue, Myrtle, and Promontory Point. Drop bag locations for the 100 mile race include Fish Hatchery, Buck Springs, and Geronimo. Crew and pacer rules vary by distance and aid station: the 42K does not allow crews or pacers; the 100 mile race requires one crew vehicle per runner, has specific crew zones, and allows pacers in designated locations. Entrants in the 100 mile race must have completed at least a 50 mile race previously and meet an 8 hour pre-race volunteer service requirement or provide an alternate donation option. Weather can vary by elevation, with warmer conditions below the Rim and much colder nighttime temperatures on top of the Rim. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
