The event takes place on October 10, 2026, with in-person participation at All Our Kids Playpark in Newmarket, Ontario, and a virtual option available worldwide between October 10 and 17. It offers timed in-person races and virtual entries, and is sanctioned by Athletics Ontario.

Both in-person courses start from All Our Kids Playpark and follow the Tom Taylor Trail. The 5 km course turns around at the 2.5 km mark near the GO train and mall area. The 10 km course continues to a wooden bridge under Concession Road 2 and turns at the 5 km mark. Course marshals and event staff will monitor the route. Chip Time Results provides official timing for the in-person event.
Each in-person participant receives a commemorative finisher's medal at the finish line. Virtual participants may receive a medal if a valid address in Canada or the United States is provided; otherwise a certificate is available. Medal delivery is expected within 60 days after results are recorded.
Children and youth under 15 may enter with a limited number of 10 percent discounted entries. Donations in Canada may be eligible for charitable tax receipts through PAND Settlement Services. Proceeds support the Association of Families of Flight PS752 Victims and related initiatives aimed at accountability and public engagement.
