About the race
The 5k/10k Run/Walk for Justice honours the victims of Flight PS752 and brings together in-person and virtual participants on October 10, 2026. The main in-person site for the Toronto region is All Our Kids Playpark, 535 Timothy Street, Newmarket, ON. The event also lists participation in Vancouver and virtual participation worldwide.

Toronto course notes: both courses start from All Our Kids Playpark and follow the Tom Taylor Trail. The 5 km route turns around at 2.5 km near the GO train station and Tannery Mall parking. The 10 km route continues to the wooden bridge under Concession Road 2 with a 5 km turnaround. Courses are marshalled by volunteers and monitored by course management staff. The event is officially timed by Chip Time Results and is sanctioned by Athletics Ontario.
Participant details: children and youth under 15 may join; a limited number of discounted youth entries (10% discount) are available. In-person finishers receive a commemorative medal at the finish line. Virtual participants can submit results between October 10 and October 17; medals can be shipped to valid addresses in Canada and the United States or participants may opt for an electronic certificate. Proceeds support the Association of Families of Flight PS752 Victims. Charitable tax receipts for donations in Canada are available through a partnership with PAND Settlement Services.
