Runningman Festival is a three day health and wellness event at Kingston Downs in Rome, Georgia, held Sept. 18–20, 2026. The program centers on a choose‑your‑distance run on The Loop and pairs that activity with wellness programming such as yoga, breathwork, breakout sessions, live music, and keynote talks by athletes and experts. The site includes an Experiential Expo with vendors and brand partners, and a large sauna area described as the world’s largest sauna. Races use a time cap of eight hours and finishers for each distance receive a medal.

The festival provides on site amenities and rules for attendees. All three day passes include a self supported camping plot; a glamping tent upgrade is available and includes a tent, bed or beds, a side table, and a lantern. RVs and campers are not allowed. The event is for ages 18 and older; tickets are final sale with no refunds or transfers. The festival runs rain or shine. Water stations and medical staff are available on site, and restroom trailers and outdoor shower stalls are provided. Onsite parking is included with admission.
