Runningman Festival 2026
Runningman Festival is a three-day health and wellness event held at Kingston Downs in Rome, Georgia from September 18 to 20, 2026. The festival centers on a choose-your-distance run and walk on "The Loop" and places the race experience alongside wellness programming, live music, and educational sessions.
The event features breakout sessions, keynote talks, interactive panels, and an experiential expo with vendors and brand partners. On-site wellness offerings include yoga, breathwork, workout classes, and a large sauna described as the world’s largest. The race format allows participants a full eight hours to reach their chosen distance and awards a medal for each completed distance.
Passes and accommodation details are specific: each three-day pass includes a self-supported camping plot; a glamping upgrade provides a tent with bed(s), a side table, and a lantern. RVs and campers are not permitted. The festival is age 18 and over, rain or shine. Practical amenities listed for the venue include water stations, medical staff, outdoor shower stalls, restroom trailers, and onsite parking. The event does not allow spectators; only ticketed attendees may be on property. Tickets are final sale and limited single-day race passes may be available for Saturday.
