Logistics and rules
The start and finish lines are located in the northeast corner of Veterans Park, across from the Engleside Inn. Packet pickup is available only on race day at Veterans Park. All registration, including race day registration, is completed online; accepted payments include credit and debit cards and Apple Pay, and exact cash may be accepted. This is a cupless event with no on-course hydration; chilled water will be available at the finish area. Restrooms for men and women are available at Veterans Park. There is no gear check. Dogs are allowed if leashed and properly socialized; owners must remove pet waste. Street parking is available within walking distance; participants should use authorized public parking only.
Awards and special categories
Awards are given to the top three male and female overall and to age groups that include 14 and under and 15-19, with older competitors placed in ten-year age groups. Separate awards are offered for first responders and for active service members or veterans; athletes must opt in during registration and opting in disqualifies them from age group awards.
