Activities Are Greater Than Drugs 5K
The Brigantine Elks Lodge Drug Awareness Committee organizes the 2nd Annual Activities Are Greater Than Drugs 5K Run and 1 Mile Walk in Brigantine, New Jersey. The event is held at the Brigantine Elks Lodge, 400 W. Shore Drive, and aims to raise awareness about drug addiction.
Proceeds from the event will be used to fund activities throughout Brigantine, including plans for a year-round outdoor fitness area to encourage people of any age to choose activity over drug use. The event was suggested by local families and Elks members who have been affected by drug overdoses.
Two event options are offered:
- 5 km run
- 1 mile walk
