Running Out of Time 12k & 5k

This event takes place at Burke Lake Park in Fairfax Station, Virginia. It features two distance options: a 5k and a 12k. The race starts and finishes near Shelter C in the park. The course utilizes trails and is described as scenic. The route is mostly paved with a short gravel section.

Registered runners receive a finisher's medal, a technical event shirt, and chip timing. There are awards for the top three overall men and women, as well as age group awards. The race includes water stations along the courses and benefits the charity We Rock Cancer.
