Running of the Elk
The 13th annual Kaiser Permanente Running of the Elk is scheduled for 03/21/2027 at District56, 8230 Civic Center Dr, Elk Grove, CA 95757. The event includes timed road races and noncompetitive kids runs.
Distances offered include:
- 10K (6.2 miles), adult and youth
- 5K (3.1 miles), adult and youth
- Kids Fun Runs 1/2 and 1/4 mile for ages 12 and under
Entry fees listed in the event information are $42 for adult races, $32 for youth races, and $20 for the kids fun runs. Adult and youth race entries include a bib number, race timing, a microfiber t-shirt, a goody bag, and a finisher's medal. Kids fun run entries include a cotton t-shirt, a goody bag, and a finisher's medal. The kids fun runs are not timed or scored and finish rankings are not kept.
