The Runner Stumbles : Suncadia Resort, Nelson Farm
The 43rd Runner Stumbles is held at Suncadia Resort and is based out of Nelson Farm in Cle Elum, Washington. The event features running on a mix of paved pathways and single-track trails in a forested setting. There will be free kids races.
Distances:
- 5K run/walk on paved pathways and single-track trails in a forested setting.
- 10K run two laps around Nelson Lakes on paved and single-track trails.
Courses will be marked and staffed with volunteers to aid navigation. The 10K course completes two laps around Nelson Lakes; after the first lap a volunteer will hand participants a bracelet to indicate lap completion, and the bracelet is theirs to keep. After completing the second lap the 10K route rejoins the 5K course. An awards ceremony will take place after the races at Nelson Farm.
Registration opens March 15, 2027 and closes May 17, 2027. The registration fee is $25.00 for the listed races. Directions note: from I-90 take Exit 80 (Roslyn / Salmon La Sac), go two miles north and turn left into Suncadia, then follow signs to Nelson Farm.
