Event Details

The Runner Stumbles will be held on July 5, 2026. This is the 42nd edition of the event. It is based at Nelson Farm within the Suncadia Resort in Cle Elum.

Distances

The event offers two distances:

5k Run or Walk
10k Run

Both courses use paved roads and single-track trails through a forested setting. A map of the routes is available online. The race is cupless, so participants must carry their own refillable water container. A water station with limited supplies is available on course, with water and snacks at the start/finish line.

Logistics

The event features free kids races. Registration fees are $30 for pre-registration, $20 for participants under 18, and $35 on race day (with T-shirts not guaranteed for same-day registrations). There is a 90-minute time limit for both the 5k and 10k events. Ample free parking is available at the start/finish area at Nelson Farm.

Awards

An awards ceremony will be held at Nelson Farm. Trophies are awarded to the top male and female finishers in both the 5k and 10k races. Ribbons are given to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers in each age group. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
