Event overview
The #RUNMARANA Dirt Dash at Wild Burro is scheduled for December 13, 2025, at the Wild Burro Trailhead in Tortolita Mountain Park, Marana, AZ. The event is organized by On Your Left Fitness in partnership with the Town of Marana Parks and Recreation. The event offers the following distances:

The half marathon course begins with about 2 miles on the Wild Burro Trail (wash and single track), followed by roughly 9 miles of single track with a moderate climb and descent, and finishes with a 2-mile return through Wild Burro Wash. Total elevation gain for the half is 1,673 ft and there is a 4 hour 45 minute cut-off. The 6-mile route follows a similar format: a 2-mile flat section, a ~2-mile single track climb and descent, and a 2-mile return through the wash, with total elevation gain of 912 ft.
All registrations include a custom race bib and online finisher's certificate. Registered participants receive a finisher award.
