Tewinbury Trail 5K & 10K
Tewinbury Trail 5K & 10K is a trail running event held on the grounds of Tewinbury, a hotel, restaurant and event venue north of Welwyn in Hertfordshire. The next edition date is TBC. The event base is the Tewinbury Event Field and the venue provides pre and post race refreshments at the finish area.
Both routes are entirely on trails around the estate. The terrain is undulating with short climbs and descents and a mix of dirt, grass and woodland single track and open tracks. Underfoot conditions are described as good. Navigation is fully marked and marshalled with orange arrow markers, ribbons and marshals at key turns; organisers provide a GPX file and a runner's guide for reference.

Key event details include a maximum field of 400 runners, an aid station with water and nutrition at about 5.3 km on the 10K (cups provided), chip timing with live results and a finisher souvenir. Entry fees listed are £18 / £16 (5K) and £22 / £20 (10K) for affiliated runners. Minimum ages are 12 for the 5K and 16 for the 10K. Dogs are not permitted.
