Event Overview
The Tewinbury Trail 5K & 10K is a trail running event hosted at Tewinbury Farm & Hotel, located north of Welwyn in Hertfordshire. The routes take place on trails around the estate and surrounding countryside.
Course Details
The event offers two distances: 5 km and 10 km. The routes are described as undulating with a mixture of terrain, including single-track forest paths and open dirt tracks. The event base is the Tewinbury Event Field. There is on-site car parking and a bag drop facility. An aid station providing water and nutrition is located at approximately 5.3 km for the 10K race. Toilet facilities are available on site. Welwyn North train station is noted as being a 15-minute walk away. Dogs are not permitted.
Registration and Rules
Entry is £22 for the 10K and £18 for the 5K, with discounts for UK Athletics-affiliated runners. The minimum age is 12 for the 5K and 16 for the 10K.
