Tewinbury Trail 5K & 10K
Tewinbury Trail 5K & 10K takes place on the grounds of Tewinbury Farm & Hotel just north of Welwyn in Hertfordshire. The event base is the Tewinbury Event Field and the routes are entirely on trails around the estate and adjacent countryside. Maximum field size is 400 runners.
The courses are undulating and use a mixture of terrain, including single track forest paths and open dirt tracks. Underfoot surfaces include dirt, grass and woodland trails. Navigation is fully marked and marshalled, and the organiser provides orange signage and marshals at key turning points. A water and nutrition stop is located at approximately 5.3 km on the 10 km course; cups are provided.
Race services include chip timing with live results, a finisher souvenir, medical support, onsite car parking, and a bag drop. Fixed toilet facilities are available at the venue. Public transport access is possible via Welwyn North station, a short walk from the site. Dogs are not permitted. The event is held under UKA rules with a TRA permit number to be confirmed.

Entry fees for recent editions were shown as £18 or £16 for affiliated runners for the 5 km, and £22 or £20 for affiliated runners for the 10 km. Minimum ages were 12 for the 5 km and 16 for the 10 km. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
