Event overview
JSRC RunAPalooza takes place on Saturday, April 11, 2026 in Asbury Park, NJ. The race weekend is organized by the Jersey Shore Running Club and the RunAPalooza race committee. The event base is listed as Bradley Park, 101-199 Fifth Ave, Asbury Park, NJ 07712.
Races and courses
- Half Marathon - starts and finishes in Asbury Park; USATF certified.
- Jersey Shore Relay Marathon - teams of 1 to 5 members on a 26 mile oceanfront course.
- Jersey Shore 5K - starts and finishes in Asbury Park; a fast, flat course.
The half marathon course runs through Interlaken, Allenhurst, Deal, Ocean Grove, Bradley Beach and Avon by the Sea. The relay runs from Seaside Heights to Asbury Park along boardwalks and shore venues. The 5K route passes Convention Hall, the Stone Pony, Madam Marie and the Great Auditorium, and finishes on the Asbury Park Boardwalk.
Registration, transfers and policies
Registration opened October 1, 2025. Bib mailing requires registration by February 1, 2026. Register by March 1 to ensure shirt size. Bib transfers carry a $10 fee through March 25; no transfers after that date. A one-time deferral to 2027 is available for $10 through March 25. No refunds. Registration closes March 25, 2026 or when capacity is reached.
Fundraising incentives
All participants may create individual fundraisers or join teams. Individual incentive levels: raise $250-499 for a beanie hat, $500-749 for a hooded sweatshirt, $750+ for both items. Teams or individuals raising over $1,000 may have their names printed on race shirts based on totals as of March 8. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
